崗位主要職責(zé) Responsibilities? Commercial Strategy & Project? Support the distributor’s KPI and manage the distributors performance to ensurefully awareness of compliance conscientious in commercial team? Support & optimize commercial operations and SOP? Propose the annual commercial policy be aligned with company’s strategy anddevelopment plan? Support to Make effective and reliable commercial strategy to alig n with thegovernment requirement and company business development such as two invoicepolicy, tendering, price negotiation and hospital listing? Support to c oordinate with each BU for new product launch plan incl. price setting,commercial policy, hospital listing plan and so on? Commercial Support for Alliance business? Support Alliance team from commercial side, such as order delivery, good return, new distributor creation,要求 Qualifications:? Academic / Professional qualification BA and above? Good communication skill / Data processing and analyzing ability? 1 3 years related working experience, commercial experience in MNC Pharma ispreferred? Fluent in English and Mandari n speaking? Strong computer literacy with advanced skill in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel? 具備入職后能辦理招商銀行信用卡的資格（通過報(bào)銷的業(yè)務(wù)消費(fèi)必須使用公司商務(wù)信用卡）
